CONSUMER PROTECTION INFORMATION

PROTECT YOUR DEBIT CARD!
There have been reports of attempts to gather confidential debit card information using an automated telephone system. If you get a call saying your card has been compromised and directing you to reactivate it, HANG UP IMMEDIATELY and call the Bank at (978)345-1061.

BEWARE OF FAKE CHECK SCAMS!
If you receive a check in the mail that you were not expecting, it may be a scam that could cost you thousands of dollars. There are many variations of check scams, such as someone offering to:
- Buy something you advertised for sale;
- Pay you to work at home;
- Give you and "advance" on a sweepstakes you've won; or
- Give you the first installment on the millions you'll receive for agreeing to transfer money in a foreign country to your bank account for safekeeping.
Fraudulent checks look real. You can protect yourself from being victimized with these simple steps:
- Call the bank the check is drawn on to verify its authenticity.
- Monitor your account regularly through online banking
- Report fraud attempts to the Bank, and keep the check to aid in the investigation.

To report a lost or stolen Rollstone Bank & Trust debit card after hours, please call 1-800-264-5578.
Due to widespread fraud, we sometimes have to block debit card activity in certain countries. You will not be able to use your Rollstone Bank & Trust Visa Check Card (debit card) in the following countries: Brazil, Pakistan, Spain, Turkey, and United Kingdom.
